The health and wellbeing of our employees and retirees remains our most important priority. Our 2024 Health and Wellness Fair maximizes opportunities for all City of Baltimore employees and retirees to interact with wellness specialists, explore cutting edge wellness programs and experience fun activities and contests for the entire family, all within a safe and user-friendly environment.

Who is this event for?

This event is for benefit eligible active employees and retirees of the City of Baltimore.

Where do I get my login code?

Your Login Code is your First Initial, Last Initial, 2-digit month of birth, and 2-digit year of birth. For example, John Doe, born January 12th 1971 would enter JD0171 as his login code.

Is there a cost to attend this event?

No.

Do I need to register for this event?

No. Registration is not required. Simply click the login button at the top of the page and submit your Login Code to enter the venue.

Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?

No. You only need to have access to the internet.

Is a webcam required?

No, a webcam is not required. Attendees only need to have access to the internet, and can chat by text or phone instead of video.

Can I use my phone?

Yes.

Why would I want to log-in at times with no live representatives available?

DHR has designed this event so that all active employees and retirees can participate at their convenience. Logging in at times where there are no live representatives still allows attendees to participate in raffle prizes and swag, watch recorded live sessions or presentations, and to view information from all the vendors any time, 24/7, up until June 1, 2024.

What is a Digital Briefcase?

Much like you collect brochures, flyers and other free giveaways in a bag at an in-person wellness fair, your Digital Briefcase is your online tool to collect materials. Use the “Resources” tab to save digital resources, pdf’s and power point presentations to your virtual digital briefcase. You can then email any of the information to yourself or someone on your team/family that might find it interesting and useful from the “Digital Briefcase” tab.
